Camera trap import

All photos in one deployment share a single GPS. We pull the timestamp per-photo from EXIF.

Trap location (applied to all photos)

Lat/Lng in decimal degrees. Use the same coordinates the camera was deployed at.

MegaDetector v5a runs on-device to pre-filter empty / human / vehicle frames. Animal frames continue through the standard species cascade (PlantNet → Claude → Phi → EfficientNet). Until the operator hosts the ONNX model behind PUBLIC_MEGADETECTOR_WEIGHTS_URL, the filter is unavailable and every photo runs through the species cascade.
